- This is a perfect quick study or refreshers guild on Egyptian Mythology. You can tell the author know his subjects and knew how to write them extremely well. The time lines and chapters are easy to follow and since it was organized well it is easy to follow along. It's a very "to the point" type of book, taking me around a half hour to read. I would go as far to say that if you were on the fence about learning and studying anything related to the Egyptian history, this is a handy guild that could help you make up your mind.

- This was an awesome book. If you are anything like me, you like your history told more in a conversational style than a stuffy lecture style. I think this book works as an introduction to mythology, and if it does its job well then you'd probably want to read more books about it. Matt Clayton shares his knowledge of both myth history and literature to recommend both primary and secondary sources on the topic.
